We’re so glad that we did this reverse mortgage! We were only receiving about $1,400 per month on Social Security and a lot of that was going to pay for Dick’s medicine. We also had a small mortgage and a car loan with the credit union. We were really tied down and didn’t have anything left over. We couldn’t even go out to dinner once in a while. But now, since getting the reverse mortgage and paying off our bills, along with the $500 monthly check from the reverse mortgage, we’re doing much better.
